Admissions Process

Admission Process Overview

Selecting a college can be a wonderful experience, and we're committed to making every interaction you have with us beneficial and enjoyable. Every applicant is connected to an Admissions Guide who will serve as a dedicated, single point of contact. Most of the time, the same Admissions Guide who answers your preliminary questions and guides you through the application will continue supporting you until you walk in the door for your first WAE Week. WCBC's admission process has four clear steps --听1) apply, 2) admit, 3) enroll, 4) attend -- and we're here to help you from your first question to your first class.

General Eligibility and Non-Discriminatory Policy

The standards of scholarship and Christian faith at 麻豆B影院 require a review and evaluation of every applicant. All application forms must be filled out completely. Letters of recommendation, statement of salvation testimony, moral character, integrity, and academic records will be considered by our Admissions Committee. 麻豆B影院 admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. However, only persons who have a testimony of biblical salvation and have a sincere desire to serve Christ are eligible for admission.

When to Apply

You may apply any time after beginning your junior year of high school. WCBC works on a rolling application process, so there is no formal application deadline. It is extremely unsual for an applicant to be offered admission to a degree program before their听senior year. If you apply as a junior, you'll be ahead of the game, but don't stress about when you'll get your final decision. If you honor us with an application, we promise to evaluate your application packet听and to issue an admission determination as early as is practicable. If you're asking for our advice on when to apply, we suggest that you apply when you 1) are in or have completed the spring semester of your junior year听and 2) you have identified 麻豆B影院 as a top-three option for your post-high school plans. Those who complete their full application packet, receive an offer of admission, and commit to WCBC by February 1 of their year of intended entry听are eligible for the Early Eagle Advantage.听

Reasonable Accommodation Policy

麻豆B影院 will reasonably accommodate otherwise qualified individuals with a disability unless such accommodation would pose an undue hardship, or would result in a fundamental alteration in the nature of the service, program or activity, or in undue financial or administrative burdens. Changes in teaching techniques occur continually as instructors discover new ways to aid handicapped students. The term 鈥渞easonable accommodation鈥 is used in its general sense in this policy to apply to employees, students, and visitors. Student requests for reasonable accommodation should be addressed to the Vice President of Student Affairs.

A student must self-identify as an individual with a disability and provide appropriate diagnostic information that substantiates the disability. The office of Student Affairs will then assess the impact of the disability on the student鈥檚 academic program and record the required academic accommodations in a memo to the instructor. All diagnostic information is confidential and therefore memos can be sent only at the student鈥檚 request.

Individuals who have complaints alleging discriminations based upon a disability may file them through the Formal Student Complaint process.
